In this podcast I talk about focusing on strengths and challenges. This approach is different than listening to a typical podcast, as I am guiding you through a self- reflection, being able to answer the question, "Can you have it all ? " I will be offering a workshop where we will all take time focusing on ourselves and where we are and want to be, because you can have it all, in time. This is Part 1

1. Are you familiar with the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) and its role in supporting military members and their families during the transition to civilian life?

2. How do you envision your spouse's transition out of the military, and what resources or support do you think would be beneficial during this period?

3. Have you explored or considered seeking information about programs that can aid in the transition process, especially if your spouse is nearing the end of their military service?

Well I am here today to help you do exactly that. Today's podcast is focused on the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) and how you as a spouse can help your service member and family get ready for that next chapter.
